Kristen is a very knowledgeable exercise physiologist who takes the time to really listen and develop an individualised program. She has helped me in my postpartum journey to get back to the gym with a combination of strength training and rehabilitative exercises, and with Kristen’s support I have felt much more confident in working towards my goals. Highly recommend Meri Exercise Physiology!
